Relationship Counselling

Drawing on the work of The Gottman Institute, Esther Perel, and Terry Real, I help couples learn the art of conscious communication. Together, we’ll create space for both of you to truly listen and be heard, building empathy, trust, and intimacy — the foundations of a thriving relationship.
Many couples discover that unconscious communication patterns keep them stuck. In a safe, supportive environment, we’ll explore what might be getting in the way so you can begin to relate from a place of understanding rather than reactivity.
This approach, known as Relational Work, helps you move out of your adaptive child responses and into your adult self — allowing both of you to show up as healed, connected partners rather than wounded versions of yourselves.
